Bad Skin Care Habits to avoid

Everyone wants perfect skin. For flawless and perfect skin, we may think we’re following a proper skin care routine i.e. cleansing, toning, moisturizing. But innocently we picked up some poor skin care habits which are damaging our skin. If you want crystal clear and radiant skin then you need to ditch some bad habits.

Picking at pimples

So ladies, do not, I repeat, do not try to pop a pimple. I know it’s difficult to not to touch that zit which emerge on your face, but you know popping a zit is harmful. It leads to a new acne may be or scarring.


Exfoliation is an important step in skin care regime. Wait but over-exfoliating can damage your skin. It worsens your acne by spreading bacteria. Exfoliate your skin once a week for removing dead skin cells. Make sure that you moisturize your skin after exfoliation.

Going to bed without removing your makeup

If you have a habit of going to bed without removing your makeup, then you should immediately take a vow never falling asleep with your makeup on. Because this causes acne, leads to dull skin, clogs pores, etc. So make time and remove your makeup before going to bed.

Poor Lifestyle

Unhealthy lifestyle affects your skin quality and it leads to skin aging. if you want radiant , flawless, blemish free, acne free skin then you needs to change your lifestyle.

Long hot showers

Taking long hot showers will ruin your skin because hot water strip off natural oils from skin and makes your skin dry. Avoid hot shower and use lukewarm water.

Exercising with makeup on

Wearing makeup while working out is a big no – no. Yep guys , if you are working out with make up on , its increasing the breakouts possibility. Your skin needs to breathe ,but with makeup on , it become blocked. So make sure to remove makeup before exercise.
