Summer is here! Summer heat can affect your skin that can lead to dark spots, pigmentation, pimples, rashes and roughness.
The sunny summer can be harsh on your skin if you don’t take care. Here are simple skin care tips that you can follow this season to beat the heat and staying beautiful.
Ladies! Drink up. I mean water, loads of it. At least 8 glasses of water are needed. Always carry a water bottle with you. It helps you feel fresh in summers.
Sunscreen is must
This is most necessary step you need to follow in summer to protect your skin. Do not step out in the sun without wearing a sunscreen. Summer sun can damage your skin to a great extent. It can cause skin issues like dry skin, brown spots, fine lines, aging etc. Choose a sunscreen with SPF 30 and apply it on your exposed skin. Reapply it every 1-2 hours.
Follow a healthy diet
If you are healthy from inside it will show up on your skin. Include fruits, vegetables, pulses and nuts in your diet. Increase the intake of boiled food, salads, juices etc.
Moisturizing is absolutely important no matter what the weather is. Moisturize your skin with a light moisturizer to keep skin healthy and glowing.
Cover your skin with a hat or scarf before stepping out in the sun. It prevents your skin from getting sweaty and sunburned.
